At Upshift Online, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe remains as effortless and trend-forward as our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
